Risen 3: Titan Lords has been officially confirmed following widespread reports of the game's imminent announcement.
The third game in the fantasy action RPG series is in development at Piranha Bytes, the Germany-based studio also known for its only other creation, Gothic.
The developer has promised major changes in Titan Lords compared with Risen 2: Dark Waters, which was released in 2012. That aside, very little has been officially announced pending a full exclusive reveal to be published in an upcoming issue of Germany's PC Games magazine, which should appear in the hands of subscribers this weekend. The first images have, however, allegedly 'leaked' online according to AGB, and including art work and what appear to be the first in-game screenshots.
